Our hospitality culture was created 42 years ago when Ghanshyam Patel purchased his first independent motel in Tampa Florida. In an age when the internet was not born, service was all he needed to become successful. This was the lesson that his night auditor and main housekeeper taught him. The only marketing he needed was to give Great Service that would lead to Repeat business.
From those humble beginnings, Ghanshyam Patel has grown to be a successful hotel owner and operator. Having created GSNP Corporation (GSNP Hotels) in 1985, Ghanshyam Patel along with his son Nilesh Patel has successfully developed new construction Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Best Western, La Quinta Inn & Suites and Country Inn & Suites hotels in the Tampa Bay area.
